Vendor and Tailgaters Pre-Registration Information
Pre-registration is required for Vendors and Tailgaters. Vendor booth spaces are subject to availability at the time of registration. First come, first served. No Exceptions.
Online registration provides for convenient payment with PayPal. Pre-registration may also be made by money order or check including personal check, using the online mail in registration form. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee. Personal checks must clear prior to entrance to the event.
On the Vendor application it is required to provide Vendor name and resale number. California resale license is required for any Vendor/Tailgater selling at this event.

Commercial vendor fees for the one day event are $60 per 10’ x 10’ booth space prior to January 31, 2014. From February 1, 2014 to March 12, 2014 the fee is $80. Additional space is available inside the exhibit hall for additional fees. Please download the Vendor Pre-registration form from OUR website at http://palmspringshamfest.com under Hamfest Specifics/Vendor area. The registration deadline is March 12, 2014.
Each vendor space is supplied with two 6 foot tables and two chairs. Additional tables may be available upon request on first come, first serve basis while supply lasts. To keep costs down, spaces do not come with the usual convention draperies and piping. Vendors are responsible for their own table coverings, piping, and extension cords.
Vendors are responsible for paying all applicable state sales tax.
To get vendor space and location that you want, please register early.
Vendors may set up on Friday 4:00 to 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 to 9:00 AM.
