Hamfest Vendors

Vendor Fees:

Regular Vendor: $60 if reserved before Jan 1 – $100 from Jan 2 to day of event.  This is for one 10′ x 10′ booth. If you need more space than that you will need to purchase more booth spaces. This includes one 8′ table and two wrist bands.
Electrical outlet – no extra charge, but available on a limited basis, first come first served. No electrical for Flea Market or Tailgate sellers.

Flea Market: $30 – Sellers will be inside the hanger. You get one 6′ table and one chair. You must pre-register for the Flea Market to get a space.

Tailgater – $15 to sell on tarmac and you receive one wrist band for admission. $10 for each additional person helping you.

RV – $20 per night to park on the east end of the parking lot.

If you are interested in signing up as a vendor, you will need to e-mail our Vendor Committee from the Contact Us Page and see if there are any spaces available. You will need to fill out this form and send it in with a check. Vendor Signup Form – PDF
