AMATEUR RADIO – LATEST TECHNOLOGY

The presentation will cover all of the latest digital and analog innovations available to the amateur community. We will discuss the technology in use today and some of the projects coming to us in the near future.

In this presentation we will provide an overview of DMR, D-STAR, Fusion and Analog Repeaters. Time permitting we will have a Q&A session with a live demonstration using DMR, DSTAR and analog. The plan is to also to demonstrate DV Mega, a multi-protocol digital hotspot board for the Raspberry Pi that provides access to D-STAR, DMR and other digital networks.
